Kundalini Yoga

There are over 22 forms of yoga.
Each one emphasizes some facet(s) of the whole.
Kundalini Yoga, the Mother of ALL yoga’s, is the whole.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is the fastest way to synergistically bring the mind, body and the soul into balance, thus creating a powerful inner synergy to achieve anything you desire in any aspect of your life!

While centering the mind and opening the heart, adult Kundalini yoga classes focus on balancing the glandular and lymphatic systems to promote health and weight control, while strengthening the 72,000 nerves of the nervous system to more easily manage daily stresses.  Other benefits include relief from insomnia, enhanced creativity, liver detoxification, and developing will power.  Each Kundalini yoga class includes centering oneself with a mantra, warm up, a specific yoga postures set, deep relaxation and meditation.

Kids yoga increases children’s self-awareness, builds their self-esteem and strengthens their bodies while engaging them in active, yet mindful play and fun.  They engage in breath awareness, mind-body fitness and experience the self-within while learning to focus and relax! Songs, games and stories are some of the ways we use to help children do yoga and enhance their creativity, detoxify, and develop will power.  Each Kundalini yoga class includes centering oneself with a mantra, a warm up, a yoga postures set, deep relaxation and a short meditation.

"Thank you for your Kundalini Yoga classes! I have been suffering from the effects of fibromyalgia such as headaches, stiffness and muscle pain.  (After only 5 classes) this yoga has helped to reduce my headaches and muscle pain and has given me the deep relaxation that I need.  I love the techniques and the ying and yang approach between movement and relaxation!  I would (and do) highly recommend this class!  Thank you again for doing what you do."            -Anne R.
